Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998. It is a diversified, technology-driven enterprise dedicated to the research, development and production of new functional materials, represented by magnetic materials and electronic ceramic materials.
Newlife is a global leader in wide flexible magnetic materials and a well-known supplier of electronic components for micro motors, with leading global market shares in wide flexible magnets and ring varistors.
The company employs more than 1,000 people, including over 140 in technical and R&D positions. It operates four production bases — Guangzhou Huangpu, Guangzhou Zengcheng, Ningbo and Vietnam — with more than 200,000 m² of floor space, sales branches in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Shanghai, Beijing, the United States and Europe, and distributors in more than 60 countries.
In 2021 Newlife was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a national “Little Giant” specialized and sophisticated enterprise. In June 2023 the company listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code 301323).

Flexstone within Newlife
The stone-paper line of a materials manufacturer
Flexstone® is the stone-paper brand of Guangzhou Newlife New Material Co., Ltd. Newlife’s Huangpu headquarters base in Guangzhou manufactures printing and advertising consumables, and Flexstone Eco-Material is its stone-paper line.
The material is produced by kneading resin with 60–80% calcium carbonate powder. No wood is used, and the process uses no process water.
