Waterproof Stone Paper for Commercial Print & Packaging
Waterproof, tear-resistant stone paper for menus, maps, manuals, notebooks, packaging insert cards and eco-friendly bags. Offset and UV on 2K sheets, HP Indigo on I / 2I sheets.

Why this application is changing
Flexstone eco-material is produced by thoroughly kneading resin with 60–80% calcium powder. It is applied in advertising posters, printing labels, writing papers and eco-friendly packaging bags.
Because the sheet is inherently water-resistant, printed pieces that are handled, wiped or used outdoors for short periods — restaurant menus, maps, washable labels — last without lamination. Sheets are die-cut to customer requirements; rolls are made up to 1600 mm wide, with single-layer thickness from 0.08 mm to 0.4 mm and multi-layer lamination available.
What Flexstone brings
- IPX8 waterproof rating
- 72-hour immersion test with zero delamination.
- Warmer than PET, more natural than PP
- A warm white, paper-like hand for insert cards, gift cards and hang tags where PET feels stiff and cold.
- Print process by part number
- 2K sheets: offset and UV (the FS / FG 0.15–0.30 mm grades on NMEQS-MACO 293 also flexo and screen). I / 2I sheets: HP Indigo. FG digital press sheets (NMEQS-MACO 298): also dry toner.
Where Flexstone is not the right choice
- Not for applications that need transparency, extreme mechanical strength or very high temperatures (for example retort pouches) — PET remains the right choice there.
- Outdoor durability is limited compared with PVC: suitable for short-term outdoor pieces, not for long-term outdoor signage.
